Do you have nickel free jewelry?
Yes, we do. All our options are nickel-free, and hypoallergenic. See each product description for more info.
How do I care for my jewelry? Unlike fine jewelry, costume/fashion jewelry in time will discolor, tarnish or become less shiny. They do have a "shelf life". But all the brands we carry take pride in using the highest technology to extend the duration and beauty of its pieces. Many layers of gold plating, high fusion and other techniques are used to make sure you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time. However, caring well for your pieces is crucial. Here are some important tips:
Is all the jewelry made in Brazil?
Yes. We only carry Brazilian brands, the pieces are manufactured there and imported to the US. We carefully select our suppliers and make sure they use the best processes and materials. Many times they are hand made or finished by hand, which provides for truly unique and quality pieces.
What is the jewelry made of?
It depends. Please check the description of each item to learn more about its components. As for finishes, most of our pieces are 18K gold plated, which is the most common plating used in Brazil. The only exception is the T. Arrigoni brand, that has a different way of calculating their gold amount because they use a high fusion technology on their antique gold plating. We also have rhodium plated and a few antique silver plated options. As for stones, most of our jewelry is made of the beautiful natural stones from Brazil, a country known for its amazing natural resources. We also have CZ items, and some resin pieces to provide diverse price point options for our customers.
Do you have clip on earrings?
No, we do not. All our earrings are for pierced ears.
What is your return/exchange policy? If you are not happy, we get bummed, but within 14 days of the shipping date, you can return any unworn merchandise in its original packaging, or any defective product. We will refund the value to your original method of payment, or you can opt for an exchange.
What is your warranty? We work with different suppliers, so we decided to set a 1 year warranty. We expect our jewelry to last way beyond that. If there was no mishandling of the product by the client (please refer to care instructions above) and within the 1 year after purchase period, we will send you a prepaid label to print and you can ship the piece and receipt to us (original packaging appreciated, if possible). After analysis, we will gladly send you a replacement of your piece either for the same product, or another of the same value, according to availability. We will always do our best to keep you happy with our items and service.
Do you ship internationally? At this point, we only ship to U.S. and Canada. Let us know if you would like to see your country included, though. Shipping will vary based on your final destination. The buyer is responsible for any compliance to laws, duties and taxes within their own country.
What are my shipping options within the USA? We have 3 options. A 3 business days option, a 2-day option, and overnight with USPS.
Can I order several pieces of the same model? Chances are, no. Because we work with hand-made or unique products and not mass production, pieces are not done in large scale. The designers are always working on new collections, so you can have unique items to wear and stand out from the crowd. Some items are more permanent though, and some can be custom made for you. How long does it take to get my order? Products generally take up to 2 business days to process, unless it is a special order, which then varies according to the supplier. Remember that custom orders are manufactured in Brazil just for you... It takes a bit of time. But it is worth it.
